Bespoke’s partners provide a completely free, no-obligation home survey and assessment, to make sure all of your questions are answered and to ensure that your new stairlift is completely suitable for you and your stairs.

STEP 3 - Stairlift survey
In order to make sure that your new stairlift is a perfect fit, our partners use Bespoke’s unique 3D electronic survey system. This takes the manual work out of surveying your stairs, ensuring that measurements are taken both quickly and accurately.

Since your stairlift is tailored to your needs and stairs, you will receive your free, no-obligation recommendation and quotation once your needs have been discussed and your staircase has been surveyed.

STEP 5 - Installation
Bespoke offers market-leading lead times and once ordered, depending on your requirements, your stairlift could be at your home and installed within a couple of days.
The average installation time is approximately 8 hours with as minimal fuss and mess to you.
