We Wish You a Merry Christmas!

Bespoke Stairlifts would like to take the opportunity to thank all our customers for all their hard work in 2015 and wish everybody continued success in 2016.

We are delighted with the feedback we have received over the past months for our Infinity Stairlift and we are expecting to go from strength to strength as our product gains momentum in the market. Together we are hoping, with your help, to make 2016 our best ever year.

We are delighted to be shortlisted for 2 awards in the British Healthcare Awards 2015.

Best New Business and Best Established Product/Service.

The British Healthcare Awards recognise the companies that are making a difference. Now in their 20th year, the Independent Living Design Awards are recognised by professionals and members of the trade as the flagship award when it comes to highlighting the very best innovative developments in the industry. Manufacturers, designers and retailers are invited to nominate the product(s) they believe have significantly enhanced independent living.
We are proud to be members of The British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA) which is the UK’s oldest and largest healthcare association, founded in 1917.
BHTA members – almost 500 companies employing over 17,000 people – make or sell healthcare and assistive technology products that help people live more independently. These range from wheelchairs and scooters to stairlifts, stoma and continence products, seating and positioning products, patient support surfaces, rehabilitation products, prosthetics, orthotics and augmentative communication devices for people with limited speech. Services provided by members range from assessments for the right mobility vehicle to dispensing of prescriptions for stoma and continence products.
What makes us special is our Code of Practice – the only one in our sector overseen by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI). All our members sign up to the Code, demonstrating their commitment to high levels of customer care that go above and beyond their legal obligations, giving customers confidence.

You’ll also be listed on the BHTA site, CTSI’s site and the Disabled Living Foundation (DLF) site, raising your profile as a trusted supplier.

You’ll get clear information about your rights, receive a high standard of customer service and have access to an independent complaints process. Professionals – When you’re working with a client to maintain their independence, you want to know the products and services they’re using are right for them. BHTA members follow strict guidelines on customer care and won’t sell anything that doesn’t meet customers’ needs.
