Our newly designed Infinity Stairlift will be ready to launch mid-August.

We have put nearly 20 years experience and stairlift knowledge into the design of this new and exciting model, concentrating on quality and reliability. The twin rail lift will be easy to install and competitively priced.

We are inviting existing and new customers to book onto one of our training courses for comprehensive technical and/or sales advice, free of charge. These courses will be held on site in our manufacturing base in the UK. For further information please contact the office on 0044 (0)1484 516777

We are recruiting now for a Technical Support Manager (Global Market)

- to provide technical support to Global Resellers throughout the territory and elsewhere where required, to ensure that the resellers have total product technical ability and confidence.

Job Responsibility:

To identify, implement and review the training requirements within the Service Manager’s area of responsibility

To carry out training via in house and on- the- road seminars and assist installs

To record the competence level of each technician and review regularly

To issue technical manuals and updates in the relevant languages

To raise Tech-Talks and issue accordingly

To provide prompt technical response to enquiries, both verbal and written

To identify quality problems and report via the NCR system and offer solutions

To assist in the processing of parts and warranty orders and returns when required

To visit resellers regularly to pro-actively improve their skills and reduce problems

To travel overseas if necessary

 

The correct candidate  will have a recognised qualification in one engineering discipline

One or more languages to a basic level would be an advantage, but not necessary,

Good computer skills

1 years experience in a service environment where initiative and a sense of responsibility are the norm, 1 years experience in electronics would also be of advantage

Experience of training and producing technical documents and understanding of electrical diagrams is desirable

Willing and able to travel abroad

Your personal characteristics will include-

Good written, verbal and oral communicator

The ability to cope with unplanned events without supervision

It is desirable to have a positive attitude in all circumstances and display confidence at all times

Owners and Company Directors Dave Burns and Gavin Finn are delighted to announce that the newly designed curved Infinity Stairlift will be ready to launch mid August. Both partners have been in the Stairlift market for nearly 20 years and bring a wealth of knowledge and ‘hands on’ experience into the industry. Currently selling reconditioned lifts, it was felt that there was a definite niche in the current market for a quality and reliable twin rail product which is competitively priced and easy to install. No monies have been spared on main components, such as parts, boards and motor which is of German engineering. The new lift has been designed in Holland and is undergoing field tests. Bespoke Stairlifts will continue to offer a UK nationwide survey and installation service for our smaller dealers if needed. Leadtimes will be 7 to 10 days from placement of order.

Anke Chapman joined the Bespoke Stairlifts Team at the beginning of the month in order to drive International and European Sales. Anke is known for her direct approach and will bring new structure and German efficiency into the business. She is a strong believer in good communication and is very customer focused. The challenge is to change mindset from selling reconditioned lifts to a new quality product and to take our company to the next level. She has already received positive feed-back.

When I first visited Bespoke Stairlifts my first impression was, a friendly welcome from staff and the feeling of great team spirit. Although a small team of about 38 employees, there appears to be plenty of room for growth in order to provide an excellence service for my customers. I strongly believe in good communication and quick response. We also have got great ‘on site’ facilities, with a Seminar Room, Board room and Technical training room.

I am hoping to start my first visits in August to introduce the new Infinity Lift. Exciting times ahead.
